Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts in Colorado is seeking a Pet Host Lead (Customer Service Supervisor) to supervise our front desk team and deliver a polished client experience. This frontline leadership role emphasizes coaching, service excellence, and revenue growth.

You’ll work with the General Manager to ensure smooth check-in/out, promotions, occupancy goals, and high-value client relationships. Weekend and holiday availability is required; animal care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front desk or guest services teams.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, promos, and memberships.
• Ability to lead by example and coach staff.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; weekend/holiday availability.
