Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field preferred.
• At least five years of direct office management experience with supervisory exposure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hospital support staff and manages labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and clinic staff; handles onboarding paperwork.
• Oversees daily operations, budgets, and vendor invoices.
• Partners with the veterinarian to ensure high-quality patient care and client service.
