Job summary

Aspen Ridge Animal Hospital in Arizona is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and support routine practice operations.

As the first point of contact, you will manage the front desk, appointments, medical record updates, payments, and communications, while upholding the hospital's values of quality care, courtesy, and client service at value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous veterinary experience preferred
• Ability to work on weekends as required
• Client satisfaction references preferred
• OSHA safety techniques including PPE

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions
• Maintains front desk reception and waiting areas
• Processes cash, checks, and card payments
• Schedules appointments adhering to doctor preferences
• Updates client/patient files and sends correspondence
• Answers calls with proper etiquette
• Greet clients and present medications and take-home items
• Handles emergencies following clinic policies and procedures
