Banfield Pet Hospitals in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support veterinarians, and deliver friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, complete documentation, manage appointments and invoices, and help maintain a welcoming hospital environment.

Strong English, multitasking, and computer skills required. Flexibility to work some weekends/evenings is expected for full-time coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication in reading, writing, and speaking.

• Comfort with computer software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote services and educate clients about wellness plans.
• Provide exceptional service, welcome clients and pets, and ensure comfort.
• Complete documentation and enter pet history in the computer.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling future appointments.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and finances.
