Job summary

Elanco in the US Pet Health team is seeking a Veterinary Sales Representative for the Greenville, SC area to engage veterinary customers and achieve sales goals for Elanco products within an assigned geography.

The role focuses on field meetings, product placement, and executing sales objectives with corporate hospitals, including territory planning and budget management. Travel 25–50%. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2 years in companion animal veterinary pharma sales are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with equivalent level of experience.
• Experience: At least 2 years in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent selling experience.
• Top skills: Team-first approach with hustle mentality and eagerness to win.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with veterinary customers to achieve sales goals for Elanco products within an assigned geography.
• Lead distributor reps and coordinate product placement with targeted accounts.
• Execute sales objectives and strategies with corporate hospitals.
• Create and execute a territory business plan and manage expenses.
• Spend time in the field meeting hospital influencers and coordinating product launches.
