Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pet Stylist to deliver professional grooming services, including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, and nail trimming, while ensuring pet safety and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll work with a supportive team in a grooming salon, training opportunities, weekend/evening/hours as needed; benefits include competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Passion for animals and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional grooming services per client instructions and breed standards.
• Operate and maintain grooming equipment safely and hygienically.
• Prioritize animal safety and monitor for signs of distress.
• Educate owners on maintenance and at-home care.
• Assist and supervise trainees when needed.
