Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a professional Pet Stylist to deliver expert grooming services for dogs and cats in our grooming salon.

You will bathe, trim, and style, while prioritizing safety and pet comfort, and engaging with pet parents to recommend care. Successful candidates will have completed the Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming training, be available weekends/evenings/holidays, and bring a passion for animals, strong attention to detail, and reliable

Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming training.
• Experience as professional groomer preferred; ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Excellent animal handling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming: bath, trim, style, nails, ears.
• Ensure safety and well-being of every animal in the salon.
• Operate grooming tools and maintain equipment.
• Provide grooming recommendations to pet parents.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized grooming area.
• Train and supervise entry-level trainees when needed.
