Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. is seeking a Pet Stylist Apprentice to provide expert grooming services for dogs and other pets. You will bathe, dry, trim, and style coats, trim nails, clean ears, and maintain a clean grooming area while prioritizing pet safety and comfort.

Successful candidates will have completed the Pet Stylist Apprentice program or relevant grooming training, plus strong communication skills and a passion for animals. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services: bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning.
• Ensure safety and well‑being of pets and high level of customer service to pet parents.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation per Petco policies.
• Train, support or supervise entry‑level trainees when needed.
• Adhere to grooming standards and Petco policies across all activities.
