Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Pet Stylist to deliver professional grooming services for our customers' dogs and cats in a welcoming Petco grooming salon.

You will bathe, dry, cut, and style, while prioritizing safety and comfort and providing friendly, informed guidance to pet parents. Successful candidates have grooming experience or completed the Pet Stylist Apprentice program, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to judge breed standards and groom accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling.
• Prioritize safety and well‑being of the pets in our care.
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide grooming recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe grooming area and sanitize tools daily.
• Train, supervise or support entry‑level trainees when needed.
