Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year grooming/styling experience with dogs and cats.
• Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense; able to read, write and count.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Book appointments and greet pets on arrival.
• Thoroughly complete 7-point checkin.
• Adhere to safety rules and proper grooming procedures.
• Clip dog’s hair according to pattern using clippers, combs, and shears.
• Clean ears, clip nails and perform other needed services.
• Adhere to all safety standards.
