Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year grooming/styling pets.
• Must provide own grooming tools or be willing to purchase.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training completed.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply mission and values.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; work varied hours including weekends.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments; greet pets on arrival.
• Book appointments; assist in generating business and reminders to customers.
• Clip dog's hair according to the requested pattern using clippers, blades and shears.
• Comb and shape coats; keep animals calm during grooming.
• Adhere to safety rules; complete required grooming forms and documentation.
• Sanitize grooming tools; assist in store operations as needed.
