Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking an experienced Groomer to provide professional grooming services for dogs and cats, following established patterns and safety standards. You will book appointments, greet pets, and communicate with owners about care plans and aftercare.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of grooming experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and is comfortable working with animals. Paragon Level 1 & 2 training is provided by Petsense.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year grooming/styling pets.
• Must be comfortable working with dogs and cats.
• Must provide own tools or be willing to purchase required tools.
• Read, write and count accurately as part of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Greet pets and book appointments; handle check-in.
• Adhere to safety rules and grooming procedures.
• Clip, bathe, and shape coats according to patterns; maintain cleanliness.
