Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Groomer for Petsense to deliver professional grooming for dogs and cats. You will schedule appointments, greet pets, and follow specific grooming patterns while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of grooming experience, ability to work varied hours, and owning or purchasing grooming tools. Strong customer service and communication with clients are essential. This position operates in-store with Petsense locations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-year experience grooming/styling pets.
Must provide own grooming tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase required tools.
High school diploma or equivalent. Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service.
Book appointments and greet pets as they come in.
Assist in generating business by calling existing and new customers, scheduling reminders and verifying vaccinations.
Follow bathing/grooming procedures as outlined.
Clean ears, clip nails and perform other needed services.
Adhere to customer instruction of clipping pattern and ensure safety standards.
