Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Assist in generating business by calling customers and reminders.
