Ideal candidates have 1 year of grooming experience, own grooming tools or be willing to purchase, and hold a high school diploma with Paragon Level 1 & 2 training preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with variable hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year grooming/styling pets.
• Must provide own grooming tools or be willing to purchase required tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate Petsense by Tractor Supply mission and values.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Greet pets and complete 7-point checkin.
• Clip dog's hair according to pattern using clippers, blades, and shears.
• Maintain grooming equipment and sanitation; ensure safety standards.
• Assist in store operations as needed.
