Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or grooming training.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for animals.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, cuts per owner instructions.
• Operate and maintain grooming instruments (clippers, blades, brushes, dryers).
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of animals and report concerns.
• Assess coat type and skin conditions to determine grooming needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and grooming recommendations to pet parents.
• Train or supervise entry-level trainees when needed.
