Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience grooming/styling pets. Must be comfortable working with dogs and cats.
Must provide own tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing purchase required tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service.
Follow and demonstrate all Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
Answer phone and schedule appointments.
Assist in generating business by calling existing and new customers and verifying vaccinations.
Book appointments and greet pets on intake.
Complete 7-point checkin and required grooming forms.
Adhere to safety rules and follow all safety standards.
Clip dog's hair per pattern using clippers, combs, and shears.
