Qualifications

• 18+ years old required.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week including weekends.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds regularly and stay on feet for shifts.
• Thrives in fast-paced retail environments.
• Friendly attitude with strong communication and helping mindset.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products for pets, gardens, and lawns.
• Operate registers and handle transactions smoothly.
• Set up displays, stock shelves, and keep the store organized.
• Receive inventory and assist with store maintenance.
• Cross-train with warehouse equipment and operations.
• Load customer vehicles and provide excellent service.
• Water plants, care for chicks, and maintain outdoor displays.
• Take on special projects and assist wherever needed.
