Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate meat processing equipment (grinders, slicers, blenders, portioning machines) per SOPs.
• Inspect and document incoming meat materials and verify weight, temp, and condition.
• Prepare and stage meat ingredients for production per batch records.
• Monitor CCPs and processing parameters during shifts.
• Perform end-of-run cleanouts and equipment sanitization per safety protocols.
