NaturPak’s Innovation Facility in Janesville, WI seeks a Meat Processing Operator for the 2nd shift to support hands-on processing, handling and packaging of meat-based products. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and compliance with GMP, HACCP and USDA standards in a high-volume facility.

The operator will use grinders, slicers, blenders, and other equipment, maintain batch records, and ensure proper waste disposal while upholding strict quality controls.

Qualifikationen

• Must have GMP and food safety knowledge and follow SOPs.
• Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends and overtime.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience in USDA/FDA-regulated food manufacturing is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate meat processing equipment per SOPs and batch records.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and verify weight, temp, and condition.
• Prepare meat ingredients for production runs per formulation requirements.
• Monitor CCPs and processing parameters during the shift.
• Perform end-of-run cleanouts and sanitation per safety protocols.
• Identify non-conforming product and notify QA/QC immediately.
• Complete production records and traceability documentation in real time.
• Maintain a clean, GMP-compliant work area on the production floor.
• Manage meat waste and byproducts per USDA facility procedures.
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, OSHA and all safety requirements at all times.
