Stella & Chewy's LLC is seeking an experienced FSQA Supervisor to oversee food safety and quality programs across multiple facilities, while coordinating FSQA technicians and schedules.

The role supports manufacturing safe, high-quality pet foods, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continual improvement within the QA and operations teams. The position requires strong leadership, audit experience, and collaboration with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• 3+ years of QA management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP, cGMP, FDA and/or USDA regulations.
• PCQI training and HACCP training.
• SQF and APHIS awareness.
• Familiarity with food microbiology.
• Strong leadership and Microsoft Systems skills.
• OSHA requirements knowledge in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead FSQA initiatives and supervise QA Technicians.
• Ensure FDA/USDA regulatory compliance and cGMP adherence.
• Coordinate audits and manage CAPA programs.
• Oversee laboratory testing and environmental sampling.
• Maintain SQF and APHIS compliance and participate in audits.
• Prepare reports and communicate quality opportunities to operations.
• Support continuous improvement and safety programs.
