Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are needed to operate scales and batching systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to batch formulas and schedules.
• Operate batching and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify raw materials are available, labeled correctly, and meet quality standards.
