Qualifications

• High school not required; or 3 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate simple information.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, structured production environment.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down production equipment as needed.
• Assist daily production across multiple stations.
• Feed materials into machines and monitor flow.
• Load, unload, and move carts and equipment.
• Package finished products and apply labels.
• Inspect products for quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
