Mud Bay in Washington state is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team across multiple locations. You will train staff, drive sales through education on dogs, cats, and small animals, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3+ years of proven leadership in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience leading a team in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Flexibility in location and schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Comfort with using computers and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
