You will be the primary contact between clients, patients, veterinarians, and hospital leadership, coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced urgent care setting while upholding high standards of client service and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Customer service or healthcare/service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients when entering the building.
• Room clients and patients in exam rooms or kennels.
• Answer phones and respond to messages promptly.
• Manage the walk-in queue and patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Keep the clinic clean and orderly.
• Assist with additional client experience tasks as needed.
