Johns Hopkins Medicine in Bethesda seeks a PET/CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using radiopharmaceuticals and radionuclide techniques. You will work with a dedicated team and radiologists on outpatient exams, contributing to high-quality imaging and patient care.

Responsibilities include preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals, adherence to licenses and CPR requirements, and collaboration with leadership for ongoing growth and education.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with Nuclear Medicine Technology curriculum.
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist license by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
• ARRT CT certification within 6 months of employment.
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board current registration.
• CPR certification within three months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform or assist in diagnostic examinations using radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform radionuclide imaging of organs and organ systems.
• Collaborate with radiologists and operate with outpatient patients.
• Work with a team of PET/CT technologists and on-site leadership to foster growth.
• The PET/CT imaging suite has been renovated and upgraded.

Formation

High School diploma with Nuclear Medicine Technology curriculum

Maryland Board of Physicians Nuclear Medicine Technologist license

ARRT CT certification within 6 months

Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board registration

CPR certification
