About

Radia has an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem PET/CT Tech to join our dynamic team! This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about radiology.

This position is located at our Evergreen Radia Imaging Center in Kirkland, part of Radia Inc. PS, a physician-owned and operated radiology group serving over 50 hospital and clinic partners across Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.

Compensation

The salary range is $48.70/hour to $81.31/hour, plus an additional 15% per diem shift differential. The salary is based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Position Details

Per Diem, hours are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical duties using complex imaging equipment to produce quality images for radiologist interpretation.
• Work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating problem-solving skills and providing excellent customer service.
• Interpret scanning instructions precisely, administer contrast materials, operate CT/PET equipment, and position patients appropriately.
• Rotate shifts as needed.
• Conduct quality control and assurance of exams and equipment.
• Maintain accurate nuclear medicine records in compliance with regulations.
• Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Assist in CT procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• CNMT license and Washington state license.
• 1-2 years PET/CT experience.
• BLS certification.
• Registered in PET and CT.
• CT Tech certification (ARRT) or NMTCB(CT) endorsement preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Patient care skills, compassion, and communication skills.
• IV skills and experience with Port-A-Catheters.
• Experience with lab work and ISTAT.
• Ability to follow protocols and create standard work documents.
