Job summary

Akumin in New Hampshire is seeking a PET/CT Technologist for a part-time role across our NH facilities. You will explain procedures, ensure patient comfort, and acquire high-quality PET/CT images. The position requires Nuclear Medicine certification (NMTCB or ARRT N), state license, CPR, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine by NMTCB or ARRT (N) required.
• State license as applicable; CPR certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work at several NH locations and travel as needed.
• Basic computer skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and radiation safety compliance.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic PET/CT images.
• Communicate effectively with patients and radiologists.
• Train new technologists and/or PC's.
• Troubleshoot scanners and peripheral equipment (monitors, PACS, coils).
