Job summary

Akumin Inc. is hiring a PET/CT Technologist for our New Hampshire facilities. This part-time position may evolve to full-time if willing to travel among various NH sites, including Lancaster, Laconia, and Lebanon.

The role emphasizes patient communication, safety, and producing high-quality PET/CT images. The candidate should have NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification, CPR as applicable, and state licensing as required, with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification required.
• CPR certification preferred and state license as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and radiation safety compliance.
• Produce high-quality PET/CT images according to protocol.
• Explain procedures to patients and communicate with radiologists.
• Assist with training new technologists and trouble-shooting equipment.
