Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Syracuse, NY to transition into PET/CT and hybrid imaging on a Monday–Friday schedule. CNMT or ARRT(N) certification is required, with NYS Nuclear Medicine license and BLS/CPR.

This outpatient role offers training, CT tuition support, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. PET/CT and SPECT/CT procedures will be performed in a patient-centered environment with no weekends or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification is required.
• Current New York State Department of Health Nuclear Medicine license is required.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging procedures (PET/CT, SPECT/CT) in a clinical setting.
• Review orders, verify patient identity, and ensure proper exam preparation and positioning.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals, document activities, and ensure dose integrity and safety.
• Maintain equipment and follow radiation safety protocols; participate in continuing education.
