Hire Consulting Services seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Syracuse, NY for a full-time, direct-hire role focused on PET/CT and hybrid imaging. The position offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$135,000 with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and excellent benefits, plus training provided in PET/CT and CT tuition support.

The ideal candidate includes CNMT or ARRT(N) certification, NY licensing, BLS, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification is required.
• NYS Department of Health Nuclear Medicine license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Perform nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging procedures, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT.
• Prepare, calculate, order, administer, and document radioactive isotopes in accordance with established protocols.
• Review physician orders and verify patient identification before procedures.
• Educate patients regarding exam preparation and procedural expectations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
• Complete quality control procedures and maintain equipment standards.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety, departmental protocols, and continuing education requirements.
• Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and imaging team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
