Job summary

Hmixray in Riverside, California, is seeking a dedicated PET/CT Technologist who will ensure high-quality imaging and excellent patient care. In this role, you will perform nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures while monitoring and guiding patients through their experiences.

Qualified candidates must possess current ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certifications, along with a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and venipuncture certification. A strong focus on patient care and effective communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have BLS certification.
• Must have venipuncture certification/permit.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT images on patients.
• Assure proper dose of radionuclides are ordered for each patient.
• Explain test procedures and safety precautions to patients.
• Monitor patients' well-being during exams.
• Safeguard patient property and health information.
