Job summary

The Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders is seeking a PET/CT Technologist I to join our Radiology team. You will administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate PET/CT equipment, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images while upholding ALARA and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have nuclear medicine tech schooling, NMTCB/ARRT certification, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of PET/CT experience, with ability to obtain state license if required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent.
  • Certified NMTCB or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or PET; state license if required.
  • CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and/or contrast materials per SOP.
  • Operate PET/CT scanner and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Perform safety checks and maintain ALARA principles.
  • Document procedures and treatment records accurately.
  • Coordinate scheduling and assist in patient transport.
