Job summary

National Jewish Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform PET/CT and general nuclear medicine procedures with a focus on patient safety and high-quality care. The role supports interdisciplinary teams and uses EMR, RIS, and PACS systems daily.

Requirements include completion of a Nuclear Medicine program, ARRT/NM or NMTCB certification, and CPR/BLS certification. Salary range reflects Colorado market and the Denver campus responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an approved Nuclear Medicine program; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 1 year of general and cardiac NM experience; 1 year PET/CT preferred.
  • Current ARRT (NM) and/or NMTCB certification; CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality PET/CT scans to support accurate diagnosis.
  • Perform IV injections for nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures.
  • Perform general and cardiac nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Follow radiation safety practices and protocols.
  • Use EMR, scheduling, RIS and PACS software for procedures.
