Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required; key holder or supervisory experience preferred.

• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Pet First animal care standards and maintain safe, welcoming environment.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and supervise store partners.
• Open and close the store, manage cash handling and security protocols.
• Execute merchandising standards, pricing, and promotional setup.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and cycle counts.
• Provide guidance to partners and escalate issues to leadership.
