Job summary

Chuck & Don's in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Supervisor to deliver exceptional service to pet parents and manage store operations under the Store Manager. You will share product knowledge to meet customer needs and promote pet health, while ensuring a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, retail sales and supervisory experience, and a willingness to learn about our products and services. Evening and weekend availability is expected in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets.
• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Professional supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs (evenings and weekends).
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in overall management of store operations.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to fit customer needs and promote pet health.
• Perform front end duties such as cash register handling, bagging, restocking merchandise, and setting up displays.
• Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, labeling products, and special store events.
• Fulfill other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Retail Management Team.
