Training in pet care, behavior, and customer service will be provided to ensure the best care for our guests. Shifts are 10 hours within a 5:30 am to 8:00 pm window, seven days a week, with several start times.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with pets preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of lifting and handling pets of various sizes.
• Willingness to engage in cleaning tasks as per company standards.
• Certification in pet first aid and CPR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and well-being of pets, noting and reporting concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pet enclosures and play areas.
• Supervise individual and group play sessions for safety and enjoyment.
• Safely handle and guide pets throughout the facility using proper techniques.
