Job summary

Canine Cabana LLC in Riverview, FL is seeking a Pet Care Specialist to provide high-quality care and attention to pets in our facility, focusing on health, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate is an animal lover with a gentle demeanor and good communication skills.

Training in pet care, behavior, and customer service will be provided to ensure the best care for our guests. Shifts are 10 hours within a 5:30 am to 8:00 pm window, seven days a week, with several start times.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with pets preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of lifting and handling pets of various sizes.
• Willingness to engage in cleaning tasks as per company standards.
• Certification in pet first aid and CPR is beneficial.

Our Pet Care Specialists work a 10-hour shift within the operating hours of 5:30 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week. Typically, shifts fall within the following timeframes:

• 5:30 am to 4:30 pm
• 6:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
• 9:0 am to 8:00 pm
