Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• Must be available to work nights on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of hourly employees in the pet food processing department.
• Manage and execute weekly production schedules.
• Coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory’s continuous improvement plan.
• Ensure products are produced in compliance with key quality checkpoints and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Lead by example by enforcing a safe working environment for associates.
