Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing multiple team members or functions.
• 3+ years of experience in pet care, veterinary, shelter, or animal-related environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication and professional client interactions, plus ability to train and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pet care services (dog walking, sitting, small animal visits) following fear-free, force-free principles.
• Help lead day-to-day operations with coordinators, specialists, and team leads; track progress on initiatives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training; reinforce quality expectations and resolve operational issues.
