Qualifications

• Experience with cats is required; passion welcomed.
• Smartphone capable of texting and using scheduling software.
• Reliable vehicle with valid license and auto insurance.
• Residency within 15 minutes of service areas.
• Availability for last‑minute visits and occasional evenings.
• Four references (3 professional, 1 personal).
• Commitment to agreed hours; attendance unless ill.
• Clean background and driving record; checks before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pet care during visits: feeding, waste management, and cleaning.
• Administer medications and handle accidents as needed.
• Walk dogs solo or in groups and organize visits efficiently.
• Give daily updates with notes and photos via scheduling app.
• Ensure safety and security of pets and client homes.
• Drive to client homes within service area; up to 1–5 miles travel.
