Job summary

VetEvolve is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone, managing client communications, records, and coordinating with the veterinary team.

The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with basic computer systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a flexible schedule across all opening hours. Prior animal care experience is valued and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with animals preferred; veterinary/animal care background valued.
• Basic computer proficiency with practice management software and MS Office.
• Able to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional, empathetic service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient handling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with professional, empathetic service.
• Check-in and check-out; liaison with hospital staff and real-time status updates.
• Maintain client communications via phone, email, and mail; follow-ups.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; triage based on urgency.
• Explain hospital services, wellness care, vaccinations, and aftercare.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact; maintain accurate patient records.
• Process payments and deposits; manage care credit and card transactions.
• Assist with product sales and inventory; support veterinarians and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe hospital environment and follow hygiene protocols.
