Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet neighbors, understand their needs, and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with products and services.
• Learn about pets, products, promotions, and company programs to provide accurate recommendations.
• Process purchases, returns, and other register transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete daily stocking and store maintenance tasks, including merchandising and price changes.
• Safely unload deliveries and assist customers with carrying items to their vehicles.
• Provide proper care for pets in the store, including habitats where applicable.
• Follow cleanliness, animal care, safety, cash handling, and store policies.
• Communicate concerns to store leadership and support other areas as needed.
