Job summary

Petsense in Thomasville, GA is seeking a Team Member to assist customers, support selling initiatives, and perform various tasks while delivering legendary customer service.

No prior retail experience required; a high school diploma is preferred but not required. You will operate the cash register, stock shelves, assist with merchandising, and help care for live animals with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and pet knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; reading/writing/counting abilities needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Execute Plan-o-gram merchandising and store resets.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain safety of live animals.
• Complete all required documentation for duties performed.
