Job summary

Tractor Supply and Petsense is hiring a Team Member in Arkansas. You will interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and help provide legendary customer service across daily tasks including cashier duties, merchandising, and live animal care.

No experience is required, but retail or pet knowledge is highly valued. The role involves varied hours, safety responsibilities, and strong teamwork in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required. Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply/Petsense.
• Recovery of merchandise
• Participate in freight process
• Execute to completion Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets)
• Assemble merchandise
• Perform janitorial duties
• Execute price changes/markdowns
• Assist customers with loading purchases
• Ensure the safety and well-being of live animals. Sanitize and maintain holding tanks and care for live animals as required
• Handle and care for all live animals including their food, bedding and habitat
• Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties
