Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service and pet well-being.
• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to be educated about products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Share product knowledge and suggestions to fit customer needs and promote pet health.
• Perform front-end duties such as cash register, bagging, replenishing merchandise, and displaying products.
• Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, labeling products, and special store events.
• All other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Retail Management Team.
