Job summary

Omro Animal Hospital in Omro, WI is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will manage front desk, appointments, records, and daily administrative tasks with care and accuracy.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will greet clients, handle calls, process payments, and assist with patient intake while upholding clinic policies and compassionate care for every patient and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Weekend work ability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions and procedures.
• Maintains front desk, reception area, waiting area, offices, and exam rooms to be clean and presentable.
• Processes cash, checks, credit card payments and accounts.
• Schedules appointments for the clinic and manages workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and records as needed.
• Prepares and sends client correspondence and reminders.
• Backs up computer system and posts daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with friendly demeanor and ensures a positive visit.
• Answers incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications, instructions, and take-home items to clients.
• Handles emergencies according to clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
