Job summary

• Coach and develop team members, manage performance, and foster a positive culture.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and promotions.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive sales, service, and efficiency.
• Step in for General Manager as needed and resolve customer concerns quickly.
