Job summary

Petco is seeking a General Manager to lead a Pet Care Center—driving sales, profitability, and outstanding pet care. You will own daily operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

You will hire and develop partners, manage budgets, and ensure merchandising and inventory meet brand standards while engaging with the local community through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience (retail leadership preferred).
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Solid business, financial, and operational acumen.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• A genuine passion for pets and customer service.

Responsibilities
