Job summary

PetWow is seeking a Customer Care Center Representative to welcome clients and support pet owners across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and guide clients through medical, grooming, and preventive care options for their pets.

The role requires calm, organized performance in a fast-paced environment with some evenings and weekends. Onboarding includes a $1,500 bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center, customer service, reception, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computer systems and databases.
• Veterinary knowledge, medical terminology, or sales experience is a plus.
• Includes some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
• Provide guidance on services, preventative care, grooming, and general pet health needs
• Relay messages between clients and veterinary teams to ensure timely communication
• Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Support efficient appointment flow and daily operations
• Educate clients on products, services, and recommended care
